Hey Darren. You, your channel, and what you share on your website are a direct answer to the questions I've been asking. I'm a Canadian bookkeeping business owner who just started out and is feeling a major pivot/ greater awareness moment happening that's shifting where I should be going and to think big, and crypto feels like something that's a major part of it. I'm so, so grateful for being able to find your channel and to have access to the beginner resources you share, as someone who knows nothing about it but feels very drawn. Very excited to listen to what you have to say. thanks again, Darren!

Yup email me I can send it. I don't think it's a 100% perfect so don't want to give it out publicly for all to use in case of some mistakes.

How much should I bill CRA for all the management of all these records?

They leave room for reasonable accounting costs 🤷‍♂️. Ever heard of the guy that created a bot to trade millions of 1 sent transactions and sent them by paper to the IRS?

OR, you can leave Canada and move to a smarter, better, tax-free jurisdiction where you're no longer giving up your wealth to thieves. Just a thought, considering that's what most high-net-worth Canadians have been doing for the last 3 years.

Yup prob good idea. Until exit tax comes

@@dhoneysett With the CAD plummeting, it's likely that the exit tax (along with other BS ones) will be implemented soon. It may be wise to contemplate leaving before that happens. It's a big decision, but many who have left already say it was 100% worth it.

@@V4BTC yup it's something definitely thought about. I've lived in the USA for 6 years previously would love to call it home. If not some of us might need to stay back to fight for what's right
