So I've arrived here at Tambouti Lodge here at Black Rhino Reserve, absolutely amazing. I've come prepared, I've got all my prefect badges and of course the thing that you always need when you're in safari is a comb to stick in your sock or in your top pocket. That means hey? what are you doing, you're getting close to me, then you'll go off like alright, who are to tell me what to do you know. Marie Kelly from Vancouver Canada just last month on a TripAdvisor review, the latest review of 947, wrote this about Tambuti Lodge, go check it out for yourself. I can't say enough about this game lodge, it is large enough to have everything you want and yet with only 10 guests or 5 rooms, you get a very personal and private experience. The staff thought of everything you might need, from personal touches in your room, to an open bar and free laundry service.
Why this lodge will get you right into the mood of the big 5 game viewing experience. It's a shortish distance from Johannesburg's ORT International Airport, a perfect location only 3 hours away on the north western side of the Pilanesberg National Park. Beatiful Luxury Lodge Tambouti Lodge is on a private concession reserve called Black Rhino Reserve, which has direct unfenced access to the National Park. I came to check out this experience for myself, this safari lodge is awesome, speak to Martin the guide, not only is he an expert guide, but the intimate knowledge of the reserve and tells stories about what you are seeing and is also there for you during a whole stay, serving you dinner, waking up early for early morning game drives. He among the support staff, honestly take care of you and make you feel at home. I personally loved being out in the bushes, they called it in South Africa, with people who care and keep the main thing the main thing, safari game drives and seeing safari animals in the wild.
My fellow american travellers out from Texas, as seen on the camera here, absolutely loved their stay.
