- Beaver trapping has been around for thousands of years, a tradition that'll never end! We joined up with George the Beaver Trapper as he shows us the tips and techniques of beaver trapping"101". Beaver meat is also a delicacy and excellent to eat! He has a few recipes and we bring some backstraps over to Shotgun Schaffer to demonstrate a little Catch: Clean: Cook, on grilling wild beaver!

It’s nice to see a family man getting kids into the outdoors and also someone who doesn’t just count the animal as a nuisance but instead part of a daily diet. Great job!
Well said! Thank you for watching!!
What about the risk of kids waiting over that beaver trap and getting their foot caught?

Where is the beaver's UA-cam post about the "nuisance" humans who leveled the forest and built those big stinky oversized dust-collector boxes?
😅 😂
Larry You should do some catch and cooks with shotgun and tommy up in Bayfield. I think that would be a great show
In these trying times, we should all eat more beaver...
Good video
Thanks for watching!
Why were those homes permitted for construction in the floodplain?
Who knows...probably put some money in the right people's hands?
Nice to see that old Johnson out chasing beavers.
Wait a minute. So you trap beavers by catching and crushing their leg in a metal trap, purposely underwater, so that they drown? There are less horrific ways to trap animals.
We respect your opinion
You never ate a beaver? Where have you been?
At 9:42 he tried to do a fist bump but he got rejected
Why kill these intelligent animals?
It's not malicious. Every animal life is valuable and we try not to waste nothing. It's just the circle of life
