Hi Sara, I just made this doll and she came out so nice. I love that the head is attached and not sewn on separately. It prevents bobble head. To make a skirt I held the doll upside down and did single crochet in those stitches that had back loop only. Then I increased the next row evenly all around by a few stitches. Then I did that again after a few rows. Then I just did single crochet until I reached the feet. The skirt is A shaped. I also did the chest part in the same color as the skirt so it looks like a one piece dress. Thank you so very much. Jeanette from the Bronx, New York
a while ago i tried out doll customizing, which required both time and money. this is basically a cheaper and cuter way to do it that i actually CAN do, and i love it! thank you
Do you also have clothes tutorials for this doll size? I have been trying to find tutorials for it, but i couldn't find one. This one is the perfect size and it's amazing!!
This is such a cute tutorial!! But I think my favorite part was your kid, super cute!! I would love a tutorial on how to make clothes for this kind of doll 😊❤
Just purchased the pattern on Etsy!! Thanks for posting this tutorial!! Having a video and the written pattern in front of me is so helpful! This Will be my first doll.
For this doll I will be making an Eras your inspired outfit and many more! I want to make this because it's my dream of meeting Taylor so if I ever meet her I will give the doll to her!
thank you so much for this tutorial!! it was perfect and exactly what I was looking for, you explained everything very clearly so it was really easy to follow. and your interaction with your kid at 33:40 was so so cute and really made me smile. thank you again for the video😊
This tutorial was amazing! I just started crocheting this summer and this was so easy to follow, you are an amazing teacher!! Thank you so much for taking your time to show us this
What happened to row 24? edit: I think it has to be a sc around row based on photos and math. Also, for scaling, hobbii 8/4 cotton 186 yd/50 g makes dolls that are about 3.5 in tall using a 1.75 hook
Hi Sara, your dolls are super cute and your tutorials so beginner friendly. I love your channel. I was wondering if I could purchase your Wednesday and Morticia Addams patterns that you have pre order dolls for at Etsy? I would love to try and make them. Thank you so very much. 🥰🧶😍🙋🏼♀️
This is amazing. I just started learning how to crochet today. However this is a little too advanced for me right now..😅 but i’m going to save it since my goal is to make Itachi Uchiha one day! Thank you!!
Thank you for making this video I used it to make my own kind of doll to build the legs and arms the body was a little messy but I did it and made the head separately but overall I did well gonna add clothes and I subscribed thank you 🎉
Love the doll tutorial, however, I fell I need to point out that you skipped round 24 and jumped to round 25. Other than that, love your video and the pattern.
Hey guys so for those doing this doll I watched the video another way and for row 25 she did 1sc then a Dec to get 10 and then row 26 10sc all the way around
Following along was going great, until you missed what to do for round 24, it was not mentioned, maybe it would be best if in the future if you are going to share a pattern, that you also put up in writing what you are doing. That way if you verbally make a mistake it is still written for all to see. Just a thought. Thanks for sharing.
I wanna make this pattern but without the belt part, anyone got tips? Do I still do the decreases in round 19? Or do I just do single crochets all around?
i thought i was going mad, i kept rewinding to make sure i didnt miss anything. idk how everyone else in the comments got it correctly. at this point i think ill just go from 23-25 haha.
imm pretty sure round 24 is just sc around. because on row 25 (sc,dec) she ended up with 10sts. and if you count them before they were decreased, its 15.
I think she just misspoke and means round 24 😊 I'm yet to work this pattern, I'm just watching it through first but I don't think if you miss a round with it being maybe just single crochets it won't make a difference 😊
24 would most liley be 3 single corchet 1 dec all around to leave you with 12. dont quote me on that, but that makes the most sence n my head to make row 25 end with 10 with the one single crochet and 1 dec
@@scarletbutterfly2961 huh? if you do 1sc1dc on 15sc, that leaves you with 10 stitches. if you do a round with decreases instead you'll end up with less
That is my first goal for tutorials- just a heads up the patterns will probably release center on my Etsy and you’re available to pick up the pattern there and then as I can I’m gonna start adding the tutorials along with it❤
I'm not sure if it is in the same place on computers or TVs but at least on my phone there is a few words underneath the title when the video is not in full screen. Right next to the 11 months ago there should be a ...more button if you click it you should get to the description. I hope this helped!

Please do not put your city in a comments section where it is not needed.
Thank you for telling me. I won’t put it anymore.
Great idea! You could also make the feet a different color - to be shoes.
@@jenniferwhitehurst1939 I love that idea, and it’s so easy. Thank you so much. 🧶

Thank you so much for the informative video!! My doll turned out amazing & I'm gonna start making horror dolls consistently🖤🖤🖤
Hiya nearly finished making my doll I am amazed. Do you have any videos on how to make clothes for this doll?
Adorable doll. Easy to follow tutorial.
Love it so much ❤️ thank you for this amazing tutorial. God bless you

This confused me so much! Row 24 must be sc all around and then row 25 is the Dec round prior to creating the head. Thought I was going mad! 😅
34:08 this is so cute 🥹
Could you please make tutorial on how to make a sweater for this size of doll?
Hi working on one of your dolls. Love it. Works up very fast.
How to: *crochets at a flash pace* like oh okay.
THE BABY IS SO CUTEEE

What do I do for round 24? Goes from 22 decrease and then skips row 24 and goes to 25?
that’s what i was saying!
For round 24 i just did single crochets and it ended up pretty good
Loved the tutorial just curious about hair is that worked differently from how you use to do it
Hair is done the same way :)
Its a great and easy tutorial, thank you for thiss❤️❤️❤️
Love this, thank you!! If I wanted her to have ears how would I go about making those?
How much of the one pound yarn is used? I haven't seen a color I liked, and wanted to know if I could get 2 or 3 of the Caron Soft yarn in its place.
This is amazing. I just started learning how to crochet today. However this is a little too advanced for me right now..😅 but i’m going to save it since my goal is to make Itachi Uchiha one day! Thank you!!

Can you pleaseeeee do tutorials on clothes for the doll? Boots, dresses, shirts, pants, hats, etc? You could make it a series!!!
How do you make your stitches look like a perfect 90degree angle grid? Mine spiral around?
Love the doll tutorial, however, I fell I need to point out that you skipped round 24 and jumped to round 25. Other than that, love your video and the pattern.
What do you recommend too remedy this?
Great pattern, but did you miss row 24?
Am i the only one who didn't know how to do the first step, the magic circle😂
You can try to search for a more detailed tutorial
I had no clue either 😅
❤😊 amazing tutorial 🎉
Please make a tutorial for different dresses and clothes 🥺🥺🥺🥺❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hey guys so for those doing this doll I watched the video another way and for row 25 she did 1sc then a Dec to get 10 and then row 26 10sc all the way around
Can I please get a ballcap pattern for this doll

I think that for round 24 u just single crochet into each stitch
Es perfecto y precioso. Muchas gracias. Cuando vas a hacer el tutorial de la ropa?
lovely; great video as well
This tutorial is amazing and easy to follow but I was wondering if there is a way to make the doll bigger?
if you still need it; you can use thicker yarn and it will become bigger!
This tutorial was a little confusing 🤔but it’s still awesome and cool😎❤️
how would you make clothes for doll?
Can you make a video on how to make hair? of this sized head??
Hi! I love your videos. Thank you 😊😊😊

Love your tutorial💖💖💖
I wanna make this pattern but without the belt part, anyone got tips? Do I still do the decreases in round 19? Or do I just do single crochets all around?
it seems like round 24 was missed, would you mind clarifying that please.

Im made your doll just waiting on something to put on it 😭
this was a great tutorial ❤
Where is round 24? Did i miss it?
You make one single crochet to each stitch on round 24🤗🤗
Great tutorial thank you ⭐️
Thankyou - this is fantastic!

How do you make hair and clothes for it?
love the results
why can't we save this tutorial? wanted to save it for later in my crochet faves playlist haha
Did you skip round 24?
I was wondering the same thing; it may be 1 single crochet in each stitch around [15 stitches]
I think she just misspoke and means round 24 😊 I'm yet to work this pattern, I'm just watching it through first but I don't think if you miss a round with it being maybe just single crochets it won't make a difference 😊
She actually says round 29 twice too so I think it's either editing or she's said it twice by accident 😅
Thanks for sharing ❤❤❤
Super cute!
Hi, I just completed Part 1 of the Frida Kahlo doll that I came across, is there a Part 2 because I can’t seem to find it anywhere? Thanks
What size did you get for your safety eyes??
Can you make a loki and sylvie crochet tutorial pleas. Also i love your tutorial s 💚
Dang it I wanted to make 2 dolls (one for me & one for my bff) for our sleepover but my only eyes are 15 mm and I don’t have a 4mm hook 😭
❤
maybe try it with a slightly different sized hook/wool. the size might be bigger if you use a bigger hook, but maybe then the eyes might work!
Would you show the skein you are using so i can tell better what yarn you are using
Very through tutorial thank you
Why ao many decrease rounds and where did round 24 go?
i got a bit lost so ill be trying again and im wondering is it possible to just continue on without having to lut the middle part?
i finally did it
Great tutorial!
Could someone write the pattern for the arms? I keep messing em up :3
Why we would need the stitsh mark please unser
Does this work for amigurumi too?
This is amigurumi
Thank you 😊😊😊
Yea tysm😀
How about row 24?😊
24 would most liley be 3 single corchet 1 dec all around to leave you with 12. dont quote me on that, but that makes the most sence n my head to make row 25 end with 10 with the one single crochet and 1 dec
i just did a row of all single crochet (15) and then into row 25 and it looks fine🤷♀️
when she says "that leaves you with 15 sc" she means row 24. it's just 15 sc
@@scarletbutterfly2961 huh? if you do 1sc1dc on 15sc, that leaves you with 10 stitches. if you do a round with decreases instead you'll end up with less
How did you get 15 stitches during round 3 for a single crochet increase step please can you tell me
One single crochet, then one increase. 5 times. Turns 2 stitches into 3. Turns 10 into 15
Wow.. Thank You!
4:00 round 4
Thank you for the video
When will you continue the disney princess series?
