As someone who used to work at BV, It's nothing like TK Maxx.
you can try fake translucent warm tights. they llok good and keep you warm, brown doesn't fit in this combination in my opinion, it's too dark

Such Pretty dress! ❤️ No to that headband though. Also black tights with light pink+white dress - no. But the overcoat/robe is so luxurious ❤️
They're brown tights,they obviously just show up darker on camera, which is pretty common with cooler brown tones.
