Exploring the ice caves in Iceland's glaciers is a thrilling experience as ice caves are formed when melt water flows through the ice and creates passages and cavities within the ice. Each ice cave is unique and can have different colours and shapes, depending on the light and ice that forms it.
Most ice cave tours in Iceland are on the Vatnajökull glacier, Iceland's largest glacier.

Hola! Lo cierto es que hay pero muy pocos ya que la mayoría fueron talados por los vikingos pero en los últimos años se plantaron varias hectáreas para recuperar un poco pero por lo que sabemos los bosques cubren sólo un aproximado 0,5%del territorio de Islandia.
