Sam! We want to see EVERY SINGLE SPACE! The laundry room, we want to see it! The pantry!! Why didn't we see it?!? We want to see if it's a good size, is it more of a prep kitchen etc. Don't just tell us there are spaces, please show us the spaces. Every closet, every door, please!
That is Sam Cioleman for you. But to be fair, it isn't just Mr. Coleman. Most of the "luxury" agents make the video all about them. Alan Hui can make a 30-40 minute video, much more informative, without appearing on screen once.
