You can use a frozen water bottle to keep your water in the bucket cold in that heat. This is what I do here in California just passing on some tips my brother to save some money.

For the worms get you a bag like a grocery bag or a lunch bag put a little ice in it and let the tub of worms sit on top of it keeps them cool they'll live longer.. you probably already know but just a tip
