Wow!!! What a place!!! The dining table with the hidden chairs was amazing. The location with those views is about 1/3 the price of the house for sure. What a location!!!

The Chalet is everything and more one could hope for. Having the running stream right by the property would be perfect any time of year, i just love listening to the sound of natural running water. Its so relaxing. The timing of the snow seems to be just a perfect fit for the presentation of this wonderful place (which i am sure lead to some unexpected bonus shots). I think the term "Dress For Success" was intended for Stefanie, always so fashionable and never over the top. Now all i need is to make this house for my Sims 4 game and live in it that way. Only thing missing will be Stefanie's wonderful presentation of the house. Thanks for a great 2021 Lionard Luxury, and Stefanie, i can't wait to see what 2022 has in store.

@@Lionard Yes, Stefanie, it did. The place really does have it all, especially the wellness center with sauna, steam room, aromatherapy, pool, and starry sky ceilinged jacuzzi. Get rid of the deer heads and antler chandeliers and it will be the perfect home or vacation rental.

I agree this property is unique, and I understand how it might give that idea in video but when your inside it doesnt give that feeling, especially on the lower floors where the wellness area was and the bedroom area! Also in the mountains with the cold air it's actually nice to feel more cozy and protected surrounding rather then having a huge open space which might be too dispersive! - Stefanie
