Sisig ibig sabihin po in Kapampangan is Pinaasim walang Mayonnaise at itlog ang Sisig atay ng manok ang ng papa creamy ng Sisig but mukang masarap naman Ginawa mo na parang Tokwat Baboy
Hi mommy Joy. Suggestion lang. Try to use Compostable paper plates and bowls instead of styro foam plates. Napaka toxic ng styro foam. And bamboo spoon and fork. Konti lang ang difference in price. Thank you.

actually, di naman kasi nilalagyan ng mayonnaise ang sisig, chicken liver po ang nilalagay, just grill it, smash it then mix it to your sisig, wala din po egg ang Classic Sisig, im a Kapampangan that is why
@@lifehealthbeauty3951 there is, because the sisig is originated here in our province, here in ANGELES CITY to be exact, dito sa lugar namin mismo nagmula yang SiSig na aming pinagmamalaki and obviously, that is not a sisig, by it looks, that is a another variation of tokwa't baboy and not Sisig to be exact, there is Authentic Sisig and there is the Classic Sisig, walang halong tokwa ang Sisig! nilagyan lang nya ng mayonnaise ang tokwat baboy nya, magiging sisig na sya?
