Also, I've been wondering this for a while from watching your videos-- what are the benefits of using standing wraps? Is it just because he has pultus that you use them or is there another reason?

Yes poultice staying damp makes the benefits 10x better, and think of standing wraps like compression socks! Really helps with soreness & swelling!
