It seemed like they were going to make Shona a regular from the start & I agree, I felt they'd try to put David & her together. Having her be Clayton's Mom though is a terrible idea! There is a history with her & Nathan, but they should have left the story with that angle & have her get closer to David. Bringing ties to Clayton into it is ridiculous & poor writing.
