Met him in North Carolina, along with the rest of the band and got pictures. They were interested in my epilepsy story and Jake and the band allowed mum and I added them as friends.
Also gave my mum info on who makes their artwork, they live in Egypt which I certainly didn't expect lol. Had an idea for a CS tattoo they really loved and gave us the info for the artist to make me a tattoo design. I want a Phoenix with a semi colon aa a major part of the body, and a quote from a song. Either "Stronger than my Storm" or "Let it Burn". Both songs which even my therapist recommended as mantras for me to listen to everyday. Got my therapist into the band as well lol
"Don't change a single thing 'cause there is nothing wrong with you" Is something i have always needed to hear someone say to me. This is one of their most beautiful songs ever. Amazing reaction!!!
Every time that I listen to this song I end up crying. It's hard sometimes to get out of your own head so hearing something like this, it's like an anthem to people when they're going through mental hell.
My mom and I keep saying this has a very similar sounds to a lot of worship songs, which we really like. These verses and pre choruses hit so hard. Edit: Also, this is what “Tattoos” should’ve been like in my opinion.

Ahhhh you just managed not to cry! This song is incredible, I think it just hit so hard cos I've not been going through a good time recently and the line "right here, this sick, right now, you are enough", that just wrecks me. You get a lot of stuff with messages about getting through the hard times and becoming better but you don't ever hear anything with the message that even when you are in the bad place, you are still enough. I definitely prefer this song to Therapy. It is harder to say where it ranks in the album compared to other songs near the top of my list like My Own Miracle and Wired For Worthless cos I probably prefered the sound of them but it is hard to get over when a song makes you feel in such an intense way. Doing a final ranking list for this album is going to be hard.

As I've noticed in past reactions is that you are also into some heavier stuff so maybe If you like you could check out Ifa (Burn Your Desire, Haunted, Sense Of Myself etc.). She's a german artist and streamer that does some pretty awesome metal stuff. She's also has an incredible singing voice. Greetings from Germany :)

I think Let it Burn would be more appropriate for a Phoenix tattoo. They are birds associated with fire and stuff.
