I've noticed that he's often trying to really connect with people, and is conscious of other people's presence (even screaming fans). Like the way he interrupted the interview to really look at Keke, remind her of the fact that they've met before, mention her mother, and ask her how she was. And also how he mentioned the importance of having some perspective, that a lot of people are suffering while they're living the high life (and it came across as sincere to me). He's mindful of others, which I find endearing and - unfortunately - rare in this industry.
The kid is also a trained actor and probably had media training. Just because other celebs aren't discussing social issues, doesn't mean the concern isn't there. Many celebs do things without public knowledge. And some celebs speak on issues for their brand.
There are many other celebrities who don't talk about social issues in the media and never go to rich people's parties, but take political action for the poor and minorities.

Yes, Keke did that with everyone--and it was her first Met too lol She did her homework, truly connected with the people she was interviewing and brought out their real personality. But for some reason Emma got more interviews and Vogue isn't publishing the majority of the ones that Keke did. It doesn't make sense to me...

Honestly I preferred Keke more than Emma interviewing, she asked good questions, and made them all feel comfortable. She didn’t keep going on about how it was her first Met like Emma did and asking what it was like inside and etc. I love Emma, but I just feel like the questions could have been better if she was going to be interviewing.
