This song was written and composed by one of Ado's favorite utaite/歌い手(cover singer) and VOCALIOD producer まふまふ/mafu mafu
It is also used as the theme song for the live-action TV series "Dr. White" adapted from the Japan novel
The lyrics are more like exploring how an absolutely rational person can learn to be emotional,so the MV will show a girl lost her feelings due to an accident,
and then, as mentioned in the lyrics, she threw herself into various emotions to try to arouse her feelings and finally reconcile with her closed heart
I would prefer to translate the song title as "The Unsolved Problem titled 『Heart』"
Ado likes this song so much that she even uses the Live2D images of the song as the cover during her live broadcast
I really like this song.
I have a lot of favorite song from her but I think this one the most one that I can relate the most.

I think this song is actually about a doctor who can not understand emotions and it's frustrated by that, therefore she always looks at things in a scientific way to give meaning to them through numbers (but you of course can not understand love just by looking at a recording of a heart beating).

I would recommend Banzoin Hakkas Cover of MY ROAR (マイロア). The song is composed by Utsu-P, orignally for Tokoyami Towa.
One of my favorite Ado songs, besides Ibara and Rebellion. Well, I basically like all the more rock-y songs of hers the most ;)
About the meaning of the song, I'll quote a fellow commenter: "I think this song is actually about a doctor who can not understand emotions and it's frustrated by that, therefore she always looks at things in a scientific way to give meaning to them through numbers". That's basically what Dr. White is about in the beginning, the drama for which the song's the theme. Except that it isn't numbers but illnesses in the series. The lead actress, Hamabe Minami, was a guest on Ado's radio show when the drama aired and they apparently hit it off, gave each other weird nicknames and are now good friends.
