    thank you! they don't want you to use it like this, but i already have a bigger car seat! didn't want to get the base for this

    Thank You for the video.
    I just have to say that nobody even suggested me to buy a base and now this system just seems bad because the baby isn't facing the front.
    You cannot see the baby which is a bad design in my opinion.

      Car seats for babies are always rear facing, because babies and young children have a big head and a very weak neck. In a frontal crash, which most crashes are, a baby’s head would be thrown forward with so much force that they can break their neck and suffer other serious injuries. So baby car seats being rear facing is not a design fault, they can be very seriously hurt in forward facing car seats. There are many seats available now that rear face up to 125cm, which is around seven years old. Forward facing a young baby is illegal.
