We are fast approaching the arrival of the relics of Saint Thérèse of Lisieux in Scotland.
To learn more about her life we spent a week in France with Fr Jim Grant
We present our feature length documentary about the life of this great French saint. Learn all about her from those who walk in her footsteps each day.

I desperately watch everyting I come across about St.Terese, in order to help myself from her example, in hope that I can to survive and live in this crazy, madman place that this world has become. Cause she has really given an example of how to live as a sane and holy person in a world gone lunatic. She really did, I think. She really was a saint.
she is a great saint. very humble. if this virus ever goes away, maybe you can make a pilgrimage to lisiuex, and tour the homes where she lived, and attend Mass were she did.
@@KittyKat-zc6xf Thank you. To go for a pilgrimage to her places, especially the carmelite monastery, would be very nice. Yes. But I was very happy to see her relics, a couple of years ago, when they traveled around with them, and they were brought here to the town were I live.
And, yes, first of all she was a very, very humble person. And whatever the Lord gave her, from day to day, she accepted it, and she was greateful for it.
What an approach to life itself, that she showed in her humbleness. And what a faith. I am just speachless...
Concentrate in Jesus example first and foremost...🙏
The example of Christ is given through St. Terese of baby Jesus. See her, and see the face of Christ.
Share her life, and take share in the body of Christ.
And grab the chance to say goodby to that fariseism today, protestant. Grab the chance today. You wont regret it.
I love her too, but it sounds like you need to find God more than Saint Therese. Her joy came from knowing and loving God in a personal way, and when you develop that personal relationship or else are gifted with a direct experience of God, He becomes a very concrete person to you that you can really love and who produces so much joy to contemplate or spend time with. My suggestion would be to start spending time regularly with Jesus in the Holy Eucharist in an Adoration chapel where the Eucharist is exposed.
A relationship with God is a lot like a relationship with other people in some ways. If you want a relationship, you have to spend time with that person. God has always wanted to be right here with His people since even the Old Testament times when he dwelled amongst the Israelites above the Ark of the Covenant and in the Holy of Holies, and it's the same with our tabernacles. Only few people visit Him anymore. You should, regularly. You'll be amazed at what happens.

When my mum passed away this year She had a beautiful altar I just wanted St Trese .and the last supper .It was meant to be for me to come across the beautiful documentary thankyou for it made me cry 😢 I have her statue ♥ on my altar now .and all my children were baptized in St Tresea Church in karori wellinghton NZ

I found my great great grandmothers prayer book that was given to her when she became a mother. In it I have found many beautiful prayers but the one that found my heart was the novena to St Therese the little flower.
I am Orthodox but with great love for our whole Catholic Church. I now ask St Therese to pray for my family.

After all these years of loving both saints, both St Therese and st Bernadette are my saints, I did not realize until recent that the year St Therese's parents met is the same year my other Patron saint had her visions. That is just awesome to me. 14 year old Bernadette had 18 visions of the Blessed Mother in 1858 while Louie and Zelie met.

I have read her autobiography bec i am planning to start a novena. I have not started my novena as of yet but have already set my intentions to be blessed with a lifetime partner and send me a sign through a yellow flower (not necessarily a rose). Less than 24hrs, this guy that I am in constant communication with sent me a photo of a yellow flower. We are not yet together since he has a gf and has personal things going on that he still has to figure out.

Therese would have attended the Traditional Latin Mass . These will have been important and defining factors of her sanctity due to the theological significance thereof, something that has almost completely been lost on people today.
