If that’s the case why didn’t they try, and get ABC, or NBC to pick it up? It’s really successful, and popular show. It wouldn’t have been much of a risk for them.

I wouldn’t doubt Paramount will pick it up, just get your credit card out . Apparently SPONSORS are not paying enough or don’t have enough clout or to continue its production? Actor interest in continuing its production does not not seem to be the determining factor , nor is viewer participation and loyalty. Greed is SOMEWHERE?

CBS is tripping all over itself on this. No wonder they’re in turmoil on the business side (as in, who is going to buy them). It’s the last episode for the 2023-24 season, but they’re calling it the first half of season 14. Next season (2024-25), they’ll have eight more episodes, which they’re calling the second half of season 14. To be totally correct, they’re doing 10 episodes for season 14 and 8 episodes for season 15, but they’re calling it 18 episodes for season 14 split over two seasons. Confused now? 😮 The series finale will be in December.
@@moso299 Good to know CBS is confusing this days. They allready pissed me off for cancelling Hawaii. They should get it together. I dont get it why they cancel so many good shows .
@@wanderslust1781 I didn’t know NCIS Hawaii was canceled. Was there a problem with it? Not enough viewers? Or is CBS just making wholesale changes for the sake of making wholesale changes?
Like Seal Team, Star Trek , Picard. These Shows have held a massive ongoing viewer appeal , yet were canceled only to be ‘Continued ‘ on Pay for View . Loyalty by the very patrons who are NOW REQUIRED to Pay for their loyalty ! Something that apparently has become a standard practice for popular TV shows. PAY or don’t watch, I choose to be the latter ! I choose not to be Charged for my loyalty ! A shame it has come to this ‘PRACTICE’ !
Unbelievable a #1 show can be loosing money? Same with Seal Team . I don’t have a problem with Paramount charging for their services , everyone has to charge for their services to stay in business! My gripe is, if it’s a #1 or 2 show how can it be canceled? Are the sponsors Not making money, the networks not making money? OR is it cheaper ( actors cost per episode) for the Networks to cancel a show, bring a new one on in it’s place and hope it’s a winner? There SHOULD BE some recognition for the LOYALTY of the viewers! I’s my understanding that Jim Parsons wanted to call it quits on TBBT . It seems that CBS may treat the remaining 8 episodes as a 15th Season rather than the final part of the 14th Season. Or perhaps CBS will decide to do the same thing it did with SWAT and not end the series; we'll have to wait and see.

Bruh, with all due respect, the Reagans did not invent, nor do they own the NYPD. Sure, they're a prominent family in New York, but lets not get them mixed up with Columbus here. Second, no matter how welcoming they may have been, Joe is gonna always feel like an outsider. Yes, he has Reagan blood, but this part of his family has been inaccessible to him for years. Unfortunately, that's on his mom, but still. If the so-called writers knew what they were doing, they'd have Frank sit EVERYBODY down and hash this out for real cause last night he was WAY too lenient on Jamie and Joe. Old Frank (and Henry, for that matter) would've actually let them have it.
If CBS decides to renew this show for any reason they will lose a bunch of credibility in their cancellations! You can't constantly keep on cancelling shows and then change your mind, audiences will take advantage of that.
Ridiculous that CBS would cancel such a highly rated show.
Budget issues thats why
8 episodes in the fall. But Tom Selleck wants CBS to let it continue to season 15 why cancel it when the main character wants it to continue.
