@@HewhoPonders-kq4bxit's depends on people of area, for example subcontinent people use lots of spices in their foods technically they have 95% spices taste and 4% meat of vegetable taste whereas majority people of world prefer meat or vegetables taste taste so they use very less spicies or they just use salt. Just like that without huge amount of oil cook food we don't like food, while eating we separated oil food still we eat lot of amount of oil.
