Your channel is seriously changing my life. I can’t afford a gym, and videos where people are super perky and talk during the video really mess w/ my anxiety for some reason. I have been doing your videos, in my classroom with a co worker all school year, and haven’t felt this healthy in years. Fell off the wagon a bit with having all the stress of moving to online teaching and quarantine, but am back, doing the 7 day series. Seriously, thank you for making your content free to all, and accessible to all levels.
Katherine, you’re welcome and thank you for letting us know our workouts are helping you so much. We try our best to make our workouts about our audience’s experience and not about us. We started Group HIIT with our own coworkers and love to hear that you’re doing our workouts together. Keep it up! We will see you around. 💛
so i have been doing crossfit and HIIT for years. after gettinf injured I resorted to home bodyweight exercises to stay in shape. this is DEFINITELY the nest best workout channel on youtube. no annoying music, no fakeness, no promo and ads. keep it up bc I'll definitely be sharing these vids
5 mins into the workout: "Hmm this is not so bad".😌 15 mins into the workout: "Oh wow this is hard"!😱 28 mins into the workout: "Last move, last move"!😰😰😰 I will definitely be using your workouts during this quarantine period. Perfect difficulty level for me and further levels as my fitness level increases. Great format. Thank you!
That 'bear crawl' had me! 🤦🏽♂️😂 Modifying the poses just to finish the entire circuit! Hooray! 😁😂 A beginner Yoga practioner here and decided to switch it up a bit with this HIIT routine! 😁 Thank you for the free classes! 🙏🏼 More power to ypur channel! 🎉
Love the video! :) Don't forget to do some stretching and activation exercises for your whole body guys. It'll help you burn more when your muscles are properly stretched and warmed up.
Male audience here. The simplicity of these workouts is what makes them so fantastic. Today, you helped me become a healthier person. Kudos to you for this. I've been sharing this channel with everyone I know. Keep em coming!!
Thank you for the high quality content. I loved it first time when i saw this without any distracting music. I love listening to my own breath while sweating. Your videos provide that. Your workouts keeps me challenged, which helps me grow and get better.
God I miss being able to do stuff like this back in middle school PE. I graduated highschool this year and now can barely go upstairs without running out of breath. These videos are helping to motivate me into working harder to be fit again. Thank yall so much for the inspiration, hopefully by the end of 2020 I can lose some weight 💖🥺
Sorry to hear that. It’s definitely an anxiety and depression inducing time with so much out of our control. Hope you find some workouts you enjoy and it helps you feel better!
Thank you so much for uploading such great new content! I've done your workouts for more than an year now and I truly love them. You have all my appreciation and support! 👏💪🙂
beginning: I'll walk out of this quarantine with a body of a goddess and the mind of an angel by the bear crawl(21:35): nvm I'll live as a bear. by the pushup hold(25:29): Fine. a bear without arms. I'm happy with that.
I had to do this for pe (lockdown pe) I’m in year 7-nearly 8 and I literally did all six circuits without stopping 😳 I’m actually so shocked but at the same time I’m proud, I haven’t worked out properly since March and it feels good to work out again 😂
I've been using your channel since the lockdown , it's awesome! I totally understand the new addition of ads, its just a shame they're not positioned better. Their placement right within the exercises is off-putting, and definitely makes the routines less enjoyable. Ad placement within the rest breaks would work better.
Hi, we added some options for modifications in the description and will do for each video. In general, anything with a burpee can be done with a step back or swapped for a cardio movement you feel comfortable with (jumping jacks or sprint in place). Anything in plank position can be done on the knees. These will all be intermediate workouts but we want to make the doable for beginners so don’t be afraid to ask for a modification.
@@GroupHIIT I suck at doing burpees and I'd like to learn how to do them better. What is the key to being able to stand back up? I have to "walk" myself up. Any advice?
BlueBlazesWildcat it’s ok to step up until you get stronger. Practice frog jump and plank to squat. When practicing burpees, hop your feet forward and focus on shifting your weight into your heels for the stability to stand up. You can also do mountain climber to work on core strength or as a substitute for burpees.
All this for free? Seriously? Your content is MUCH better than many paid apps out there!
That’s quite the compliment. Thank you 😊
