Good job except you forgot to mention her two handed backhand that she has singlehandedly (ha...single...get it?) brought to the game! Everyone wants an AL backhand.
I think if pickleball moves into making big events as interactive and enjoyable for the fans, increasing production value (better camera, better casters) they can go far. Money value in sports and entertainment has nothing to do with athletic prowess and everything to do with views. If people watch it/play it the advertising money flows. Not to mention if betting companies get involved.
How long can this last though???? Something that needs to be thought about yet is not, eventually the funding could slow down. What would this then mean for our beloved sport?
I’m shocked they get the sponsorship that they do. Have you been to a pro tournament? Half the people there are only there for their amateur event that is taking place at the same venue. The fact is people play it because it’s easy to play. They don’t care about the pros.
ALW, could leave the tour, become the FACE OF COLLEGE PICKLEBALL, get a degree, DOUBLE her current earnings, and STILL Return to the pro tour before she's 25!!!! And there's PLENTY of others coming up that could do the same!!
@@PillsburyDoughboy218 She's NOT the face of "college pickleball" ... Why not get her education (she's only 17) she could still continue to play even on the Pro Tour...AND cash in on NIL money....going back to the Pro Tour after college would barely put a dent in her standing etc... NOT having a college education at this point in her life is silly, she's still REALLY young. As i mentioned she'd come back to the tour full time and not even be 25.....
No wonder this top brand paddles are super expensive. Not necessarily because of the tech, quality, etc of their paddles but it’s because the CONSUMERS have to pay for the sponsorship money they give to their athletes.
i bought two Friday paddles for my son in college. The price for the two was $170. I use an expensive engage paddle. I tried my sons paddle and it was as good or better than my engage. NO need to spent the extra cash.
I make 80k per month and I play pickleball for fun. If I did a tournament my mistress would tell my girlfriend and eventually it would get back to my wife.
what a great production video. funny and crisp, great facts you got my sub and like.
Much appreciated!
The financial situation regarding Pickleball is astounding. Thank you for such an in depth comparison.

Lol 🤣
great video
ty for the research & work!
Glad you enjoyed it!
realy nice job dude.
Hey, thanks!
Thanks for the information. The location edits do not work, just from a suggestion point. Way over the top and doesn't add anything to the video.
Appreciate the feedback! I'll try to keep that in mind for future videos.
I thought you'd agreed to not do so many jump scenes in vids
Yea this video was actually recorded before the previous one. Is there a specific style you'd prefer?
