Missed flights because of delays are the worst 😩 …it’s good that you were able to stay in a hotel and go to the T5 lounge free of charge though 😌 !!
We asked for a free upgrade but there was no one higher on BA desk so we got a free lounge before flying! (Nightmare flight) ✈️ but pleased we got there in the end ! X
