📌 Ingredients:
2 eggs (small size)

2 tablespoons butter 40g
4 tablespoons of oil 40 ml
4 g baking powder
300g flour.

📌 Filling:
4 apples 500g
Juice of half a lemon
A tablespoon of lemon juice
4 tablespoons of sugar 80g
2 tablespoons of butter, 40 g
Place over heat for 10 minutes while stirring.
When I turn off the heat, let it cool down a little.
4 tablespoons of apricot jam.
Egg yolk + a spoon of milk.
Chopped almonds or peanuts.
Oven temperature 180, cooking time 30-35 minutes.
