Bought this Wayne WSS30Vn a year ago but didn't install it until today. The big and immediately problem is that the main pump just keeps running when float already reached the bottom. I even manually push the float level all the way up and down but the main pump just won't stop until unplugging the power. Don't know what to do now. The secondary pump works well. I planned to install it by myself, but finally I had a professional plumber come in today to install it. Then we got this problem.

So we just purchased this a few weeks ago and went to set it up and our box didnt come with any bolt/screw. What size is needed?
This is actually a pretty good system and you are going pay for that.
