Unless you are in a place that gets very deep cold snaps your attic will never get to the point of freezing those pipes. Typically heat rises and the attic is the very top of the house. That and even the sun during winter can radiant heat the roof.

I do it for a living specializing in residential. It typically costs 30 to 40 K for that sort of installation including all drywall work

Idk pipe in the attic? I know they cover it with insulation but I'd be worried about freeze ups. Wouldn't a dry system be better option
