I couldnt even help buy cry when she sang Like you'll never see me again. it was so beautiful, i have goosebumps. I saw her when I was 4 or 5 and i was sitting in my moms shoulders and i cried the whole time because her voice is other-worldly. It truly brought me back to that moment.

Chiara i think they were serious at the beginning. At the beggining of try sleeping with a broken heart they get closer to the stage and interact more. Pay attetion to it lol. But i guess swiss ppl behave in a more serious way also.
If you want more of the crowd's passion, see her piece at Rock in Rio 2017. For me it was the best show Alicia Keys did.
