I haven't been able to locate the tape used by Atelier Saison but have come up with an alternative that works very well. The 6mm craft foam also comes in many colors.

This white strip is hard interfacing that is usually used for waist band. In areas with thickness, there may be unevenness at the presser foot, causing the pressure and feed teeth to be less stable than usual. To increase the pressure and stabilize it, we intentionally use this to raise the height of the presser foot. Thank you!!
