Hell no. I was just locked up in FMC lexington. That big building they keep showing u all is where i was (mens prison) the women are in a smaller building with no fence or razor wire. Shes doing EASY time. Basicly an old folks home/rehab. Shes not doin hard time like savanah claims. As far as giving money back , why do that? U can keep it invested n let it make more money. If they woulda gave money back it wouldve lessened the amount of time they got yes but its to late for that now. What her mom get? 36 months? 60 months? Basicly with first step act, shes only gonna do half her time locked up then she will finish in hlfwy house n get in home incarceration. In feds u serve 85 percent ur time. So if she got 5 yrs, then she will do lik over 2 yrs n serve rest on ankle monitor n keep their money. Not a bad deal for how much money they ripped off. Easy time. Would u serve 2 yrs in a camp to keep multi millions for ur family? Me? Hell yes easy time.
They spent that huge sum on a luxury lifestyle including a 30,000 square feet home in Georgia and then filed for bankruptcy in 2012 to avoid paying it back. These crooks tried to bail off a sinking ship and failed
My cousin was in prison he got sick in there then it was time for him to come home we found out that he had Cancel it was fast he was out 5 months and died from it it was all over prayers for your family and the other family as well that as people in there they do need more doctors in there thank you

Savanah has been handed an unfair responsibility and she has to try to cope. I hope she will continue to do so and thrive for her siblings and self. However, her parents sound like they’re continuing to emotionally abuse this young lady with their delusions of grandeur. Clearly they refuse still to be honest with their kids, themselves and the prosecutors who won double convictions on facts of criminal activity. They brought the receipts. You cannot deny what you did when you have been proven guilty with a paper trail miles behind you. Reaching for new heights because a new law is coming down the pike is a pipe dream. It’s actually heartbreaking to see Savanah chewing on more of her mom and dads lies just because she’s starving for this nightmare her parents created to end.

I feel for her but not her parents. They committed crimes knowingly over greed and knew exactly what they were doing. The evidence was overwhelming and they were convicted. If someone committed fraud against your mother and they were convicted for it would you want them to be forgiven and not go to jail?

I’ve sat n watched many court cases and I worked in the criminal justice system n it sickens me to see how the state went after Todd & Julie with a vengeance as if they had a personal ax to grind. The jail sentence just confirms my suspicions. It makes me sick to think that the absolute lowest of society who molest children n purposely hurt children by putting them in harms way don’t get nearly the sentence that this couple received. Just saw a case the other day were a drunk driver, killed a teenager while driving drunk. He got 12 months in jail. A death occurred due to someone who chose to drink then drive causing the death of an innocent young person n look what kind of sentence they got. Where’s that same outrage that was shown to Todd & Julie n THEY’RE NOT GUILTY. What’s this world coming to
My opinion, is that no one is above the law, but what I see in our society; nationwide, is that the true criminal's walk the streets, and are repeat offenders!!! I honestly did not keep up with what the charges against the Chrisley's were, but how can the sentence given to them, be more than what a murderer, sex offender, and so many more felons receive for their crimes??? Innocent lives are taken and innocent blood are shed daily, due to the lack of countability that is not imposed on criminals, and it will never slow down, or stop, until this happens! It does not make any sense to me!!! The way their adult children have stepped up to take care of the younger siblings, is a reflection of the parents they are and the love that is in their family. Beautiful family or not. Rapist or not, criminals are criminals. Their criminal weapon was committed with a pen and lies. Not a gun. It's still a crime. Justice is blind rapists get light sentences when they don't have a lot of evidence, etc. BUT rapists do get substantial time 25 years to life as they should when they have evidence. Unfortunately, the legal system offers plead bargains. The Chrisley's could have received 30 years. I knew that would never happen. 5 and 10 year sentence is nothing. Martha Stewart served her 6 year sentence at age 58. The Chrisley's need to suck it up🤷
Todd was sentenced to 12 years. He's going to serve 10 years. Julie sentence was 7 years she is going to serve 5. Martha Stewart served 3-5 years 20 years ago....the Chrisley's will be fine. Don't do the crime if you don't want the time...

I love Todd and Julie and the whole fam. I love the show im an avid watcher, even re-runs. But, prison is prison. Its not a 5 star hotel. Its gonna be uncomfortable. That being said, it doesnt matter if they dont like it they did something to get there thats why they're there!! They didnt get there for doing nothing! Be real, dont get me wrong like i said i enjoy the show and im a huge fan, but i will not apologize for being real in any aspect of this mess. I was shocked to hear that they were being accused of these things. But they deserve just as much time as anyone else who did the same thing!
There are people who have made mistakes, the want to pay their debt to society and go home. They are still human beings and need basic for lack of a better word accomidations. It's inhumane not to have no aircondition or at least a fan in 100 degree temp or having a snake in a cell with you. These are not harden repeat offenders. These are people at that prison who made a mistake and just want to do their time.
I really find it hard to believe that Todd & Julie who are God-fearing people did anything wrong. I’ve never been one for reality TV but this show is different and I enjoy watching it. I think they’re wonderful people and excellent parents. I would allow them to watch my children and teach them the fundamentals of life that’s how much I think of his wonderful family. It has to be hard to except your own parents messed up so bad that you’d be mortified if you looked the truth in the mirror.
Savanah has been handed an unfair responsibility and she has to try to cope. I hope she will continue to do so and thrive for her siblings and self.
However, her parents sound like they’re continuing to emotionally abuse this young lady with their delusions of grandeur. Clearly they refuse still to be honest with their kids, themselves and the prosecutors who won double convictions on facts of criminal activity. They brought the receipts. You cannot deny what you did when you have been proven guilty with a paper trail miles behind you.
Reaching for new heights because a new law is coming down the pike is a pipe dream.

Anybody can find way to fight for your family to get out. This girl is doing her homework and really wants her parents back. I can see her helping a lot of people and not just her parents. I’ve sat n watched many court cases and I worked in the criminal justice system n it sickens me to see how the state went after Todd & Julie with a vengeance as if they had a personal ax to grind. The jail sentence just confirms my suspicions. It makes me sick to think that the absolute lowest of society who molest children n purposely hurt children by putting them in harms way don’t get nearly the sentence that this couple received. Just saw a case the other day were a drunk driver, killed a teenager while driving drunk. He got 12 months in jail. A death occurred due to someone who chose to drink then drive causing the death of an innocent young person n look what kind of sentence they got. Where’s that same outrage that was shown to Todd & Julie n THEY’RE NOT GUILTY. What’s this world coming to
My opinion, is that no one is above the law, but what I see in our society; nationwide, is that the true criminal's walk the streets, and are repeat offenders!!! I honestly did not keep up with what the charges against the Chrisley's were, but how can the sentence given to them, be more than what a murderer, sex offender, and so many more felons receive for their crimes??? Innocent lives are taken and innocent blood are shed daily, due to the lack of countability that is not imposed on criminals, and it will never slow down, or stop, until this happens! It does not make any sense to me!!! The way their adult children have stepped up to take care of the younger siblings, is a reflection of the parents they are and the love that is in their family. Beautiful family or not. Rapist or not, criminals are criminals. Their criminal weapon was committed with a pen and lies. Not a gun. It's still a crime. Justice is blind rapists get light sentences when they don't have a lot of evidence, etc. BUT rapists do get substantial time 25 years to life as they should when
they have evidence. Unfortunately, the legal system offers plead bargains. The Chrisley's could have received 30 years. I knew that would never happen. 5 and 10 year sentence is nothing. Martha Stewart served her 6 year sentence at age 58. The Chrisley's need to suck it up🤷
Todd was sentenced to 12 years. He's going to serve 10 years. Julie sentence was 7 years she is going to serve 5.
Martha Stewart served 3-5 years 20 years ago....the Chrisley's will be fine. Don't do the crime if you don't want the time...

I love Todd and Julie and the whole fam. I love the show im an avid watcher, even re-runs. But, prison is prison. Its not a 5 star hotel. Its gonna be uncomfortable. That being said, it doesnt matter if they dont like it they did something to get there thats why they're there!! They didnt get there for doing nothing! Be real, dont get me wrong like i said i enjoy the show and im a huge fan, but i will not apologize for being real in any aspect of this mess. I was shocked to hear that they were being accused of these things. But they deserve just as much time as anyone else who did the same thing!
There are people who have made mistakes, the want to pay their debt to society and go home. They are still human beings and need basic for lack of a better word accomidations. It's inhumane not to have no aircondition or at least a fan in 100 degree temp or having a snake in a cell with you. These are not harden repeat offenders. These are people at that prison who made a mistake and just want to do their time.

I really find it hard to believe that Todd & Julie who are God-fearing people did anything wrong. I’ve never been one for reality TV but this show is different and I enjoy watching it. I think they’re wonderful people and excellent parents. I would allow them to watch my children and teach them the fundamentals of life that’s how much I think of his wonderful family. There are so many other "celebrities" who have rec'd a 3 yr or less sentence for pretty much similar things. This sentence makes no sense. Im sick of judges and their lack of impartiality, it happens way too much. When you dont want a jury trial a panel of judges should review the case w/o even knowing WHO the person is. Martha Stewart only got 5 MONTHS, Heidi Fleiss only got 37 months, Al Capones sentence was 11 yrs. Is Todd Al Capone?
