Mighty Ducks was released in 1992, not 1991.

Oh that's interesting, I never realized they released a sequel recently. Maybe one day I'll get around to watching it.

My man is back in action. So good to see your videos coming again Rustin.
I hope you and your family have been doing well.
I have no idea where we were left in our trivia game. If you can remember and wish to continue, let me know.
    If not, it's okay.
Take care of yourself good sir.

We've been well, thanks. My hands are full at the moment with lots of good UA-cam knowledge from my program. How are you and your family Joshua?

@@FunFactFilms I'd like to hear more about your program if you have time to share. And I'm glad you all are doing well.
We're hanging in there. I finished my Masters program last September, my daughter is about to finish kindergarten, and life goes on.
On a sad note, yet another former student passed away a few days ago. It was a suicide. That makes 4 in the last 10 months, all 18 or 19, except this most recent one, who was around 21 or 22 and had a young daughter.
On a positive note, I got serious about losing weight and getting back in shape in January, and now I'm starting to see results, so that has been encouraging. When I saw the scale hit 300 pounds for the first time in my life, I had enough. I can't blame my car wreck and shoulder surgery forever. At some point, I just need to get back in the game.
So far, I haven't missed a single workout. And now that it's mowing season (which I love doing), that will be even more exercise.
That's about it from this end. Thanks for saying hello. Take care.

That's awful to hear about your student. It's been a tough year and a half for a lot of people. I'm glad to hear about your weight loss though. No better time than the present to take steps, literally :), to becoming healthier. I hope you keep at it.
I'm involved in Derral Eves' Channel JumpStart program. In a nutshell it teaches us how to improve the way we plan, execute, analyze and make adjustments to our work to help us achieve our goals. I've been pretty discouraged with the seasonal nature of this channel, with December being the only month that produces sustainable income. So I'm hoping to figure out how to produce better quality content that resonates with the channel community and UA-cam at large to turn this into a sustainable business all year.
I've given myself 2 years of living with my parents to figure it out before going back to the 9to5 life, and I'm afraid I may not make it in that time since after 7 months I have little improvement to show for it. But that's why I'm in this program. I had the goal of saving up all my December ad revenue to afford to get in this program so I can "fail faster" and learn to work smarter at this. The program has also made me consider reviving my Dance Prof channel to put my dance knowledge to use in producing more income too. As you can see I've had a lot to think about over the past few months😁

@@FunFactFilms Yes indeed, and thank you for filling me in.
I watched a video where a guy broke down why Mark Rober's videos are so successful. You might want to watch that. I don't recall its name, but just type in the search bar something like, "why is Mark Rober's channel so successful," and it should come up.
Also, I've recently discovered the channel of a lawn care guy in Florida called Copper Creek Cuts Lawn Care.
To my surprise, in a q&a video, he said he makes far more income from his UA-cam channel than he does cutting grass. I've also seen a few of his videos where he explains how that's possible, such as one called something like, "How I made $11,668 on a $30 job."
So, you might want to get some tips from him as well.
Anyway, I sure hope you're able to turn this into a sustainable source of income. And your idea of also doing a dance channel isn't bad. I've seen several people who have 2 different channels for different content.
Yes sir, it was tragic about all 4 students. What saddens me about this recent one is the last time I saw him was about 2 years ago when he came to pick up his sister. He looked awful, and as I talked to him, he asked me to please pray for him because he was struggling greatly (I didn't know with what at that time). But what struck me was the fear in his eyes and the earnestness with which he asked me. I could tell he was truly scared.
I found out later it was drug and alcohol addiction that had taken control, and he already recognized that he had lost control.
I found out yesterday, after I sent you the first message, that he apparently shot himself. I had thought that perhaps it was an accidental overdose, but that doesn't seem to be the case, at least from what I heard from a student who has been filling me in (and she's getting her information from her older sister, who graduated with the young man who took his life, so the older sister has more inside information on the situation).
What can we do man? Sin's curse reaches far wider and deeper than we want to admit, and this world is far from what it should be.
I appreciate the conversation. God bless.

Thanks for sharing Joshua. It's humbling to hear when people are struggling so much, especially when they end up taking their own life. We do live in a troubling world, full of strife and difficulties and for me I lean on my faith to help get me through and I hope that I can be a source of optimism for others that could use more positivity. On that subject, I'm doing a different video this week about a Christ-centered show in preparation for Easter. It may perform terribly, but I want to share the message anyway because I feel like it's the right thing to do. You seem like a Christian yourself, so at least I know you'll enjoy it if nobody else does 😁
