I have no problem taking trades but exiting is the hard part. Taking profits to early or taking them to late. You are the bomb in your analysis. Thank you

If you trade options you cannot just buy calls and puts based on the 4hr chart or even 30 min as majority of the time you will get wrecked with time decay and the Greeks
What im confused on is what 4H candle are u using? Are you waiting 4 hours after the market opens for the 4H candle to print to determine the intraday trend? That would mean waiting until after lunch? The market seems to have the most volume in the morning. Am I understanding this correctly?
Great video again, I normally find the Daily support or the PDC previous day close very helpful, when a pair opens above or below PDC it normally has over 80 percent chance of remaining in the same direction.

If there is a key level on the 1h where price has tapped back into either a B&R or double top do I need to wait for 30&15min wick rejections, indecision and momentum candles to then scale down to the 5min and wait for a shift in behavior OR can I jus identify the 1h level that is holding and go straight to the 5min and look for the shift at the 1h level since the 5min behavior is goin from bullish to bearish ?
