I dont understand the discussion to make the x-Ring 11 points. Would´nt it be easier to simply go for a higher distance ? 70m like recurve while keeping the same target face like they use now on 50 should spread the top 10 out a bit.

As a Compound and Olympic Recurve Shooter, I think the distance for Compounds should be moved to 70m. But at the 80cm target.
