Since having to eat Glutenfree and preferred grain free, I've been researching Glutenfree breakfast comfort-type foods. With this recipe, of course a homemade nut bread (too many preserves and additives in store bought), and I'll use finely chopped pecans, coconut, cashews, with a teeny amount of tapioca starch to get a more grain-type crunchy texture. If tapioca starch doesn't work, I'll omit it. But, if anyone has any options to getting a grain type texture without grains, I'm open. Anyhoos, delish looking recipe!

try blending banana into maple syrup. its divine. i do a similar recipe of oatmeal crusted french toast. but banana syrup is the best , served with a couple of bangers
We buy ice at the store and put in our ice maker container so we can still get ice from the freezer door. Our tap water tastes horrible so we don't drink it at all. Recipe looks yum.
I don't know how you and Nic, stay in such good shape with all these delicious foods.
