To build this hydrogen generator we used 18 316L stainless steel plates and three plexiglass walls. For the production of electrolysis we used distilled water and a leak of current potassium hydroxide from a 12 V car battery. I did not use PWM and it consumes about 10 amps. I got a hho gas mixture (hydrogen + oxygen)
I managed to light a torch and it had a pretty good result. I cut a box of redbul with hydrogen (hho).

Incearca sa pui o pompa mica de apa ( aliexpress.com ) ajuta mult la circulatia apei prin tole. nu costa mult. Si nici nu consuma mult (5-10w) Ai sa vezi o diferenta mare in productie.

@@Inventive101 da, pt ca eu am pus-o in portbagaj,la orizontala, nu are cadere de apa. si asa am realizat ca baga mai mult hho. am sa-ti fac un video. presiunea apei pompata ajuta la eliberarea bulelor de hho. oarecum sunt ajutate sa fie eliberate. nu stiu cum sa-ti explic. incearca si ai sa vezi.
@@998vick Inteleg ce vrei sa spui, poti vedea intradevar diferenta cu un debimetru care masoara foarte bine si diferente mici.
@@998vick ajuta intradevar la o ventiltie mai buna bulele sunt eliberate mai usor dar parerea mea si logica este ca daca nu produce mai multe bule nu are ce sa elibereze mai mult. Asi fi incantat sa vad ce ai facut

I will repeat this experiment with bigger plates and with that triangle, I liked the result
Try rolling a flexible anode and cathode together with a plastic mesh separating them. You can use steel wool mat / felt (or graphite or carbon felt) for the electrodes and nylon flyscreen mesh to separate them. Very simple and effective build

neutral plates also produce gas but do not have direct contact with current, they borrow through running water which helps a more decent electrolysis

I recommend the greater distance between the plates! I used 2 mm, I recommend 3
Why do you think? I would think closer is better? Or do you need space so the gas can leave the plates surface? Maybe try a porous plate instead of flat metal. More surface area is better. Graphite or carbon felt are both supposed to work well.

@@Inventive101 One hole at the top will be better and it is pointing up. It is a really efficient shape to put it in a car so that it is a more mobile cuting and welding torch it can fit next to the engine.

Daca acest aparat se monteaza pe o masina cu motor cu ardere interna, cu cat se reduce consumul de combustibil? Cat de eficient este si cat costa sa il produci? Este mai ieftin decat un kit GPL?
Este mai ieftin dacă îl construesti și montezi singur. Cred ca și dacă îl cumperi este tot mai ieftin. Dacă este instalat bine se reduce considerabil consumul. In combinație cu benzina sau motorina ete mult mai eficient decât GPL. Am folosit timp de 10 ani pe mașina mea pt un consum redus. L-am scos pt a instala gpl pe ea după care instalația de gpl o sa o folosesc pt a rula 100% cu hidrogen

Da, se poate folosi cu usurinta. Eu folosesc pe motor de 1800 turbo ce este mai complicat dar functioneaza perfect!
Atunci mar interesa și pe mine cu cît a scăzut consumul , mașini ,la suta de kilometrii ?
Și Daca scade consumul cu cel puțin 20% la suta de kilometri ,asi fi și eu interesat de o asemenea instalație de hidrogen ,dacă puteți să îmi faceți și să îmi vindeți și mie una ,și să îmi spuneți dacă se poate și la ce preț ,puteți să mi-o vindeți ?
@@avramadam7660 Pe passatul cea mai mica economiea fost de 20% si cea mai mare performanta de 50%. in mod normal nu fac sa vand momentan. Inafara de generator mai ai nevoie si de un cip si un pwm. pretul materialelor acestei celule se duce cam la 180-200 euro aproximativ. O pot vinde cu 280-300. Sau o poti castiga sau cel mai ieftin ai junge sa o faci singur
De ce depinde performanta de la 20 % la 50% ,al reduceri consumului de benzina sau motorina al mașini ?
Și la care motoare este mai eficient aceasta instalație de hidrogen ,la cele care sunt pe benzina sau la cele care sunt pe motorina ?
Nu știu ce este acela cip și pwm ,de care spuneți că ai nevoie că sa poți folosi instalația de hidrogen pe mașină și de ce este nevoie de iele ,și cît ar mai costă și acelea ?
Iar că sa le fac eu ,și să le instalez ,este mai greu că nu știu cum ,și apoi ,este nevoie de materiale ,care sa fie corespunzătoare ,pentru așa ceva sa reziste pe termen mai lung.
Vreau să întreb la citi volti funcționează aceasta instalație de hidrogen ,la 12 volti sau la 220 de volti ?
@@avramadam7660 e o poveste mai lunga o sa zic mai pe scurt. Performanța de consum variază de felul cum conduci. O mașina turbo e puțin mai dificil sa obții o performanța stabilă. Merge și pe motorina și pe benzina la fel de bine.

In scop didactic arata bine ! Provocarea este sa vad unul practic , despre partea electrica nu aratati nimic , eu unul as construi unul care sa fie alimentat in impulsuri folosind un PWM si poate si un transformator de la un cuptor cu microunde daca frecventa nu depaseste 4270hz daca este mai mare cred ca trebuie un tor din ferita , in orice caz frecventa de disociere a apei este de 42,7 hz dar cu cat urci multiplu cu atat mai bine (mii de hz).
Pe masina il folosesc cu un PWM. Nu cunosc foarte multe despre parete electrica.. Multumesc mult!
