I love how mages weren’t getting invited to STV event cause they were too squishy, so they got together and became the most overpowered group for bloods. Now everyone complains they are too strong together.
I mean true it’s broken and needs a nerf somehow lol the question is though how would you nerf them? Cause even if they nerf AE damage it will still be use, as for AoE healing its already is the nerfed version. it’s just their spells synergy with how the event works that makes it too strong, only way I can see it be fixed is if they make it so you can’t get bloods when too near the altar.

If you think parses are what determines what a good healer are, then I can't take your video seriously. The only thing that a high healing parse indicates is that the raid took a high amount of avoidable damage, i.e. they don't know how to get out of the fire.
parses on healer are silly i agree. there is some small value to seeing how a healer can perform when in a weak or poor performing group. some healers that appear to be great on paper fall apart when their support system is removed. i am one of them, i still have a lot to improve.
yep the perfect alt rendkek. just wish there were gdkps available, rdruid is the GOD class for gdkps. always a raid spot, always easy raids, nobody ever notices you in the raid. free gold. how does rdruid feel with the recent buffs btw? does it feel a lot stronger? mine is still level 25
@@NOHITJEROME It’s great! Mostly you are a boomie for the whole raid and swap to rdruid just for menagerie. I will say my main is a shadow priest and it’s much more fun to play than rdruid right now. I miss gdkps too man could be making bank on my alts right now if they were still a thing.
having both spriest and druid would have made you the richest man in azeroth lol. you picked two very very desirable classes for this phase. it's interesting that you end up being forced to play boomkin for so much of the raid. i was hoping the pure healing spec with lifebloom would be viable eventually. maybe in the future for 20 man raids

Priests just can’t do dps really without a respec and the vast majority of healers are priests right now so you almost always end up with one in a pug. Mage is theoretically better than rdruid since it can do more dps but after having played both I feel like rdruid is the safer choice with a pug. The fights last too long and mages struggle for mana in a pug and the raid has to stand close together for mages aoe healing to work and it’s hard to explain it to pugs since mage healers are so rare.
that's definitely the case, the priests do the least damage overall and now everyone wants to parse and do speedruns. mages and druids are starting to overtake them for sure. great insight on mages, i didn't realize they were so mana starved. the buffs looked like just what they needed to overtake the rest of the healers. they definitely are now 100% broken in pvp at the very least
So far, which classes have been the most fun to play in terms of interactivity/challenge? I understand that most classes in Classic have a simple (if any) 3-button rotation, but some classes, at least in phase 1, were more interactive than others (e.g. the Warrior's 80-rage CBR mini game). I've only leveled a warlock tank to 40, which is fairly spammy.
I find mage healing the most fun Chronostatic Preservation, mass regen, and Rewind time makes the spec very interactive and the more you learn a raid fight or time your healing correctly the more rewarding it is
hunter hunter hunter, the boosts are insanely hard, i am so down about my ability to do them right now, hopefully i can master the hunter boost VERY soon
i want to try mage healing soon, just trying to master hunter SM boosts first. man they are difficult and frustrating, but it's kind of amazing to learn something new like this
arcane mages are making way more than 2000 in stv bro. im a ret pala and im running melee cleave and im making 2000. my friend that sucks at the game is making easily layed back 4000. a good mage comp can make up to 8000 if they are all focused
Not to get too technical but at 3:47 you said Shamans are the least brought dps class. That’s not true. Since they are horde only you either double their numbers or halve every other class. That leaves them ahead of priests and paladins for dps.
Mage seems like a no brainer for anyone who unfortunately leveled a warrior or rogue to 40 on Phase 2 launch. Best DPS class in raid, best Bloodmoon farmer, solid enough PVP with cheesy things like arcane surge, best or second best gold farmer, and with AOE leveling and dungeon grinding they'll get to 40 so quick with the 100% boost
Alts? Jeez, I'm still looking for the remaining runes and trying to get time to try out gnomerreagan. Not sure how people are soloing stuff, as a holy priest i can only take on 1 enemy at a time. If i pull too many on accident i have to run away.
the secret is to make a hunter alt. i have a priest too and i primarily use the hunter for goldfarming now. it's amazing and way better than trying to force things on the priest
I really really hate running into Demonology Warlocks running haunt instead of metamorph. A skilled warlock can out sustain and CC a group of 3 by himself. Shits wild
hi jpsailor, #1 most played tank is paladin right now, 175k parses in the last 14 days. #2 being shaman at 155k. #3 warior 125k. then for healers priest #1 632k druid #2 202k mage #3 121k - though I do imagine warlocks and rogues moving up the list pretty quickly for tanks and mages for healers. what do you think things will look like 2 weeks from now?
I already have all the gold that I need. Gold making is just not fun for me anymore. I'll focus on raiding with mage, priest and hunter. Most gold I made using your advice farming turtles and pirates in Tanaris
Arcane surge cracks me up as ele.. I have near 6k hp in bgs and there little one shot maybe does 1/3 of my health then they try to waddle away with no mana
nobody is ever talking about them. paladins have the worst PR team / least whiny fanbase apparently. whiny not being a bad thing, just persistent. warriors being #1 of course :D

Rdruid is a pretty great alt. Guaranteed raid spot easy respec to boomie to pvp and make gold.

No class beats warlocks in gold farming. Just sells summons and you earn 200 gold in 1 hour EZ.
