I've knit for years, usually like this, but now have hand issues (2x carpal tunnel caused some nerve and grip issues, compounded by fibromyalgia), do you have any tips for holding the yarn for maximum comfort, while still giving a consistent tension? 🤞

Thank you! I will try this...I knit continental style, but purling can be difficult. This may work better for me.
