Yeah those spiders do actually walk on water because they weight so little that they can't fiscally break the surface tension of the water thus never sinking and just stand on water as if it were a solid.

The blood stalkers movement on water isn’t buggy at all my good friend. It’s actually supposed to mimic the movement of a water strider (real life insect thing) on water
It was never taming “actual dinosaurs” there was always an element of fantasy to it, even the dinos (if you read the dossiers) were genetically engineered hybrids (like the Trike for example, is a hybrid between Triceratops and Styracosaurus). It’s just that it was all a mystery until recently.
I actually wonder about if you make forges on it and you go underwater can you fire it? or generator will work on them? And stuff like that cause its not showed how things work on them underwater because thats the only point in these living rafts..
The magmasaur attack that you can’t figure out probably has something to do with the camera position, as the sarco can only do its 180 attack if you look straight back.
No I figured it out earlier. You have to have the searing spit charged or charging to activate the ability to do it otherwise the key or button used to do it won't do anything
The Turtle's "bubble breath" does actually do something on land.. that's it's purpose.. and it blows things away.. including tames. It can be used very strategically.

Bubble Breath puts a bubble on players and smaller tames and makes them float back to the surface. Like a defensive attack which pushes enemies away while you sink lower in depth.
I love the whale. Gives me hitchhikers guide to the galaxy vibes. Futurama also had an episode with a space whale which is an amazing series too. I must say mt favorite creature is a tie between the spider and the turtle. I love the idea of an underwater base on its back and the spider is just fun and cute!

Syntac to get fire lizard move you were wondering about you need to charge up spit to 100 then press the attack button while still holding the charge button. This will keep the fire affect active, and then you just press c which will make him explode
Blood stalker is hands down the all around best addition: scouting/reconnaissance, sniping, taming, etc. Bred my two high levels and the second gen is imprinted at level 250 now with: 10.4k hp, 503% melee and high speed/weight and unmatched maneuverability. Straight monster.
I thought it's 1 big bubble on the turtle's back where it's totally dry in and where you can WALK around. Instead it's just many tiny bubbles flowing up? This is disappointing. And what's the turtle structure limit? Same as raft?
BlOODSTALKER TAMING: have lots (and I mean lots) of blood bags in your inventory. Simply let them grab you and they will start taking them from your inventory and slowly taming up
By the way if anyone wants to know and doesn’t, in order to transform the ferox into the big beast, you gotta put element(not shards or dust just plain element) into your hotbar and the. Feed it that way(as you would with a passive tame) it’ll transform. Yw
Syntac i was the person who created the Bloodstalker concept with a few differences of course and I had originally named it Bloodwalker because it reminded me of a walker from star wars but Wildcard contacted me and asked for a name change and I was ok with it but I really enjoy the complement/ blood stalker is my favorite because it is my child
I feel like the underwhelming feeling mostly just comes from the fact that its a survival pvp and that aspect never changes. You guild yourself up from scratch and struggle to figure out how the map works and the tricks and materials plus worrying about everyone else who beat you to it as they try to kill you, or you play by yourself and have no real end game goal because working with other people tends to be a chore. In the end you are struggling to survive until you figure out how to meet and tame the new creatures and then thats pretty much it. Point being, if you dont have great friends to play with after a while its boring because you never accomplish anything.

Bloodstalker can glide! and have Double jump (if you are gliding you can do the second part of the jump and go back to glide (its resets the second part of the jump, and if i noticed right, Other bloodstalkers can web you midair in your bs.)
I imagine its more for dodging incoming attacks. It really seems like a heavy assualt craft or Star destroyer to me 3 good players with decent aim could do mad dmg while dodging n go to recover while the enemy is in disarray from being blown to bits.
I see bloodstalker being great for solo raids, zip into some backdoor and then zip out. Because it's so much faster than a flyer it looks like so long as you have the knowledge to fling around with him
I would suggest breeding bog spiders for bright green mutations in all regions then make a couple more, stack Heath mutations and damage mutations. Mabye speed too. Then you'll have a perfect army of bog spiders. Name your favorite one cricket, that's what I did. Hope you see this

Syn put element in your last slot while facing the ferox and select it. It will feed the ferox element which causes it to shift
with the bloodstalker when ur falling u can press ctrl to make it not fall as fast, and u can also charge a jump by holding space
