Try Jakiro's broken Liquid frost. tool tip says it deals additional damage base on Jakiro's attack and skill.. but little do they know. It also applies to damage modifier and DOT, Javelin, Urn/Vessel, maelstrom.. Heck even freaking Blood grenade works. lvl 2 you basically have 600-800 damage especially using blood grenade. as each damage instances can stack during Liquid frost debuff. pretty effective in early laning. as you have a ton of damage against high Armor heroes.
