😫😫 you so lucky to have a ‘room’ for your fabric, I’m sooooo jealous 😋😋😋😋🌺🌺🌺🌺
I have dreamed about this for so many years. I feel very fortunate to have this space. thank you so much for coming to watch.
I like watching your videos, your smile is infectious 😀😀😀
Like your sewing room Ny. Thanks for sharing with us.
Ana, thank you for watching. I appreciate that you took the time to comment. Have a great week! xo Ny
I totally agree! Wire shelves changed my sewing life. So much easier to see and keep organized. Now I just need to contain the rest of the sewing beast 😏😊
haha yes...there is soooo much to keep up on in the sewing space. PHEW that's a whole extra job isn't it?
@@azaleasmom1 I'm saving my pennies to get a metal shop bench. Harbor Freight runs nice sales on them, they have nice non slide liners 8n the drawers to keep notions from running amok, a nice big cutting board workbench, pegboard back wall and a light. I tried the being nice thing, but Santa 🎅 I should try harder this year lol! But it really is a great solution for anyone with limited space. As long as I keep watching all your awesome videos, I'm going to be needing more storage...luv me some gadgets 😊🤓
Love your idea of rolling scraps and hanging wovens!
Thanks 😊
Really enjoy your videos. Thank you.
Thank you so much for watching, Angela! I hope you have a great week xo-Ny
Great ideas! Thank You
Ty so much!!! xoxo
Very inspiring!
Ah well thank you!!!
Great video. That closet is amazing! I’m going to have to make some separators. That’s so smart.
the separators were sooooo very easy! I hope you can use them and keep your stash any way you like. Thanks for watching!!!
Thank you for this! I make clothes for my 6 year old granddaughter❤️
You have a very lucky grand baby! Thank you for coming to watch. Have a great week Rachel!!!!
Love your videos, Ny and love that first top you have on and that fabric. I need those shelves now. Lol
Aw thanks Lee!!! I appreciate your compliments! I appreciate that you took the time to be kind. xo Ny
Omgosh Ny, Shelves are Amazeballs, I've got some too, thanks for the info on dividers (I'll definitely have to make some for me too) Thanks for your great tutorial and keep up the Amazing work. Cheers Jo From Australia 🇦🇺
HI JO!!! thank you so much. I am a huge fab=n of these shelves…(also because I could put them together by myself) thank you soooooo much for coming back and hanging with me.
Looks great! I love all your fabrics. You might want to consider putting some of that foam board on the bottom of each pile of fabric so that after them sitting there a while they don’t get the ridges in them that may not come out after a couple of years of just sitting there with piles of fabric on top of them. Just a suggestion; but I do love the way you have it all pretty and easy to see.
OOOOOOH Sandy that’s a really great point. I will definitely do that!! thank you so much for the suggestion I don’t want my fabrics to look like waffles…unless they ARE waffles.
Very creative
You have personality plus! ♡♡♡
Awwww you’re too nice to me. I appreciate you! thanks for watching!
I have 2 of the hyper tough shelving units with multiple shelves. I have one in the kitchen and one for crafting. it was cheaper than using the book shelves.
I really like them. I also know if for some reason I don’t use them for fabric, they will be useful elsewhere.
Great organization I am inspired😃
I’m so glad you enjoyed it!
So jealous. I wish I had a closet for just my fabric. The shelves are a good idea. I need to invest in one and get all my fabric out of totes and garbage bags. Maybe 🤔 I can get my kids to stay away and not pull my fabric off. 🤔 🤷🏻♀️
my kids AND my cats like to use my fabric for nefarious reasons lol!
wow - I'm rarely speechless (LOL) but all I've got today is wow
❤️❤️❤️
This makes me giggle a little bit. I love your comments, even the WOW!
I've been using a metal wine rack from Costco that i bought about 20 yrs ago (when I was making wine). It's great for storing all my fabric and baskets etc the shelves are adjustable.
I love those shelving units as well. I've cut foam board to make my own bolts. Some fabric I have rolled on a bookcase shelf and some I just put in a tote. I'm going to purchase a clear tote, for obvious reasons. LoL I recently purchased a surger and was marveling at your thread. Where should I purchase thread from, for the best deals.
I wait for WAWAK website to buy thread. I sometimes find a really good deal there. I am SUUUUPER patient. Thanks for watching. I appreciate you!!!!
Oooh! Your closet looks amazing! Now I want a walk in closet once I move!
❤️thanks
Aw thanks! I feel truly lucky to have this space. I remember when I started at my kitchen table a long time ago
I also have the wire rack in one of my sewing rooms, I keep all my knits on them. Like your idea of dividers though 😉
Thanks!
Love your organization. If I would just stop buying fabric I could stay better organized. SEND HELP!!!
Oh my goodness! I can feel your pain. I used to buy a lot more fabric than I could sew when I had. little shop. The feeling of Fomo is real. good grief it’s hard to NOT buy it when you like it and you know you can make cute things! thanks for watching!!
Same here...such a fabric addict
Where did you get the hanging shelves that you have your thread on? Please help! Been looking for something like that!!
OH! I made those myself. I should post a video on how I made them. It was super easy, and REALLY CHEAP!!!
How do you keep your fabric from getting dusty?
