    I found a brilliant bag on amazon which holds my A7R2, 24-70, 70-200 and a 20mm prime as well as spare batteries and a remote cable and ND filter set. It fits inside a waterproof roll top Got bag along with fell walking wet weather gear. Super video my friend.

    Love your work, your shared passion, your genuine offhand heart felt style, your "fly", and most of all your "garage".

    You should look into the Leica Q3 43 for a new compact camera. It is waterproof, 60MP sensor, Aspherical lens of 43mm will zoom up to 150mm.

    0:41 beautiful moment.. 😅
    Adrian always makes a murderer face when interrupted, but this time.. the fly trolled him with superior class. 😄

    @aows .. I've been a fan of your videos and photos ever since I received a shout out along with you in one of Paul C Smiths videos in April 2020. I totally agree with you about not worrying about what you use to get an image.
    I use my phone, compacts, mirrorless, DSLRS and analogue. I always have some form of photographic device with me everyday, and make sure that I take at least one shot a day.
    Keep up the great work.

    Great green video! I have the same bag in 6L V2 in their midnight blue. Absolutely love how durable and water resistant it is (PNW rain and all). I typically have my a7R III with the Sony 85mm 1.8 and Ricoh GR III on me and while there is a large middle ground I am missing out on in terms of focal length, having both of those and my iPad Pro as well, I can edit on the go just about anywhere. Such a great little setup.

    I'm sorry you didn't post the fly's Instagram account. I would have followed him. I purchased a 7RII when it first shipped. It's a wonderful camera, except for its underwhelming battery, and I still use it today as a backup to my A7RIII on money shoots. Since I do mostly portrait photography, the Zeiss Batis 85 f/1.8 and the Sony Zeiss 55mm f/1.8 are attached to those two. My original A7 series camera--the very first A7--makes a perfectly acceptable walkabout camera with the Sony 24-105 f/4. Occasionally if I suspect I'll be shooting some interesting architecture I'll also pack the Sony f/4 16-35. And the RX100 VI is ALWAYS in my pocket as a backup. I enjoyed the video...

    I also use the Peak design sling bag and the Sony RX7 for my daily walks. I feel your pain in the loss of your rx7.

    Hey :) you may consider Samyang 75 1.8 - very light, very small, amazing lens. Instead the 85.

    Thank you! Always look forward to a new video. You mentioned using a ND on your 85mm. What strength works well for you during your day trips? 3, 6 stop, etc.?

    Thanks again for another great video , what size is the bag 3 or 6 litre?

  •  3 роки тому

    As pocketable option did you ever consider the Ricoh GR lineup? Did you disconsidered it do to the fix lens or focal length?

    How water resistant is the Sony?
    I am an old film camera shooter - they just needed to be wiped off.
    Digital cameras don’t like water…

    • @aows
      @aows  3 роки тому

      Probably not resistant at all. Obviously, the purely mechanical film cameras fare better, but be careful, they might degrade over time if exposed to bad weather. What I do when shooting in bad conditions is to use a simple plastic bag. It makes photographing just slightly more annoying and complicated, but it's the best way to protect your gear. Even if it's weather proof!

      @@aows By dumb luck a few years back, I picked up a Pentax K-S2 with the kit lens. Water resistant. Pentax only makes a few other lenses which are water resistant and special order.
      Some of the high end Olympus cameras have water resistant bodies but near no lenses.
      Water still isn’t fair to the digital world…

    Hahahaha! The fly 🪰 omg. If the bodies of water ever dry up, all kinds of cameras and drones will be found. 😉

  • @CatMilton1
    @CatMilton1 3 роки тому

    Adrian, in Spain are you able to sell your images commercially, *without* licence, because you're using a -250gm drone? I've been trying to find this out but hitting a brick wall on information. Thank you for your time, and your videos!
