Is there a way to hard reset the device from the box itself. Cannot get past the setup stage with the PIN Number

I have tried enetering my last 4 digits of mobile and that doesn't work, then when I go and rest pin it doesn't recognise new pin@@Jake-Daley

You can, unplug the unit and plug it back in while holding the power button
