With silage wagons back in fashion, the Irish Farmers Journal and the Farmers Guardian got four of the leading manufacturers together for an on-farm group test near Preston, Lancashire in July. nice machines but makes it look like silage wagons are out of reach for the average farmer. you can get second hand machines for under 10,000 euro which a 100 hp tractor can use and do 15 acres per day
