- We go on a railroad journey from Niigata to Fukushima by Steam Locomotive. It has amazing observation cars. You can enjoy the views of mountains and rivers from the observation space at the rear. The final stop, Aizu-Wakamatsu is a small city known for its samurai history. Tsuruga Castle was built in the mid 15th century.

Do people in Japan travel alone a lot? Seems when I watch travel videos, there are many single people, maybe because no one else in the family wants to join them, not that they are unmarried.? Friends used to ask me, why do you travel so much alone. If I didn't, I'd never travel. Thank you for sharing your trip!
Well, I can say people in Japan don't like traveling alone mostly. but a few like traveling so. Me also like it. Japanese don't so social like talking to strangers. Maybe because they don't have any partner to travel with.
