Holding the title but not able to keep up with the quality going to MU. Even Mia is tiiiiirrreeeddd. The whole batch was weak vele vele. We needed a Tamaryn Green for this year
@@kenlau457 In addition to those SAns, also blame some Nigerians' arrogance and them always claiming SA wins - which they were already doing, so people said she must go compete there, sadly. I mean there was no such noise with Melissa Nayimuli (Ugandan-SAn). She'd entered twice and was in the Top 5 both times. Gorgeous woman who many black people supported over white Natasha last year. Anyway, with Melissa, it was just a few outliers who are xenophobic, but SA has no issues with Ugandans, so it was not to this extent! Lastly, Chichi's mom's alleged criminality is what you should blame as well. It just put a nail on the coffin. If you understood what it means to an individual who's identity is stolen in SA you'd understand why these people were even more outraged that her mom is allegedly a Mozambican who stole a SAn identity and made herself citizen while the ID owner cannot access social grants, register her children, access healthcare, free education etc etc. It's not Chichi's fault, yes, but she could have withdrawn like she did yes, BUT fix her SA citizenship issues, prove on her socials her allegiance and enter again when it had died down in a coupla years. I mean it's her 23 years of life in a country that schooled and shaped her! You'd think it's worth fighting for. Blame her youth, ignorance or lack of SA pride cos when SA pips started digging on her socials, they found her profile only had Moz & Nija flags. There were clips of her only celebrating her Miss SA advancement with Nigerians. I mean, she was just UNRELATEABLE to the people she was representing. Miss SA is national pageant first. She was ill-advised and literary joined the "competition" immediately when those pageant organisers wanted to capitalise on her and bring her over to market their pageant. I hear Big Brother is next. All are using her fame. I also heard her on Cool FM in Nigeria saying it's safe to say she's not coming back, just like that, she hasn't even taken time to reflect. Anyway, it's all just sad, but hey, they'll make her succeed as she already has the platform & this experience will make her a strong woman. Big ups to that. She has a book to write afterwards.🙂
Yes we are. There is a reason the father of our nation called this country a rainbow nation. Have you ever seen a rainbow with one colour? South Africa belongs to all South African who are here legally irrespective of the colour of their skin.
South Africa is a Rainbow nation. However, we will not accept people who enter our country illegally. People who obtain their citizenship through identity theft? That we will not allow.
You need to be careful with wild statements. Do you know how many "real African women" have represented England, Ireland, Belgium, The Netherlands, The US, etc.? Do you think that they should have been disqualified for not being "European" enough? Many of us white South Africans are 6th generation or more and have no modern-day ties to Europe. The world is a melting pot and we should embrace diversity. Come to the party. Let's celebrate together! ❤❤

I could never be a judge. They are all so absolutely stunning!! and clever too! Proudly South African!
Tough choice between 1st and 2nd. Wow,, I'm glad I'm not a judge. But then again, all of them are stunning.
Miss South Africa 2024 should represent south africa in miss world pageant
The Miss SA organization no longer holds the Miss World license. Mia will go to Miss Universe or Miss Supranational, or maybe both, like Bryoni did.
There is miss worr S.A owner by Carol Bouwer and they are having 10 finalists to compete for the crown later this year
Mia! May GOD bless you even more.
They are all so beautiful, I would not be able to be a judge here

The camera has favoritism😂
Chidima was the best
Black South Africans are so proud of this European woman 😂😂😂

Miss eurafrica😂😂
Go back to India then if it bothers you

Thank you this is a compliment!!❤
I dnt think she's South African
I don't care
She is definitely a legal South African and not a scamming Nigerian Mozambican - a win for South Africa!

Chidimma, who withdrew from the contest was way more beautiful than the top 5. SA dropped the ball and handed its 4th MU crown to Nigeria.
