Julie Rivera I have hair a bit longer, but what I do after I get out of the shower is put all of my hair in a hair tie off to the side (low on my shoulder) and I just twist it until it won’t twist anymore and just let it sit like that to one side and let it dry. It results in really pretty, natural waves. And if you do it long enough, your hair will actually almost naturally take on the curl. I hope I explained that well enough 😆 I don’t use a hair tie at the end of my hair after I twist it, I don’t need too. It will stay spiraled/twisted without tying the end so long as your hair is long enough.

The more you roast the bean the more caffeine it loses throughout the process.The blonde roast is the most caffeinated drip coffee from Starbucks. On the flip side, the dark roast has the least amount of caffeine. It's not a huge variance but the more ya know (:
Does the sippy cup have a chewy type of straw? I have tried every 360 cup an my son knows how to take the top off. I'm trying to teach him how to use a straw but not chew them.

Came to say this! A grande blonde roast has about 100mg more caffeine than a dark roast!
