Yeah, currently there are 2-3 male cyclists who win all the big races, which is the exact "problem" women's cycling has had for the last fifteen years.

Hans, You are kidding me. Women's Cycling has one big team and a few other that can win a race. Men's Cycling took a big hit when Vingegaard, Evanepoel, and Roglic went down, but there are 4 guys on any short list to win a Grand Tour. And that is leaving off a bunch of others who have won one. No, the women are not close to putting on as competitive races.
The real problem with Women's Cycling though, not enough women are fans of it, but that goes for all Women's Sports.
