- Sam Albert entertaining the crowds in his 2004 Subaru WRX STi with a swapped Ferrari engine. He discovered that a naturally aspirated motor in 4.5 liters and below had no restrictions. He chose the F136 IBfor its highest horsepower per liter in the displacement range. In California, the F136 IB made 454 horsepower and 358 pounds-feet of torque. What a build and fan favorite at the Oregon Trail Rally. Unfortunently, he was not able to finish due to a rear differential failure.
In 2024 he did finish. 2nd place. The car sounded even better for sure. Like better exhaust or something.
Sam did an excellent job finishing! No Rear diff issues like last year! I was there Day 3
That thing ist so beautifull
I realy realy want one 😅
🤣
What is the point in swapping the boxer engine for a Ferrari one? Seems like a huge waste of time and effort.
I could say the same about your comment
Because, Why Not
Do people call you boring to your face or just behind your back?
@@bonespur2728 well I'm a car enthusiast Sir or Madam, the fact you felt to comment to the sound of Ferrari sounds on a Rally stage, Really makes me question a couple things
@@bonespur2728 no content, no likes, nothing to keep ya content, in times of dark thought spikes, got a simpleton here folks come and get it
