- THIS BACK YARD WAS INSANE! ALMOST GOT MY MOWER STUCK MULTIPLE TIMES!! When we pulled up There was a few workers and they told us the house was so NECLECTED because the homeowner got evicted!!

Definitely an older video of Al Bladez and AP working together, certain things stick out like the proverbial sore thumb like Al's phone in his pants, the John Deere hasn't been painted yet, I think the ramp rack is different than what has been seen recently and I know I'm missing a lot of other things

@@crazychase98she claimed that Al and AP cut down 2 “established” magnolia trees. I never saw them and am confident the guys would’ve if they were there. She was even a subscriber!
Looks like AL may have to like a Free contract with the home owners to protect himself and his helpers. With an area for the home owner writes in anything they do not want done or cut down. That I think will help protect him from witch's 🧙♀️ like that person doing the stupid law suit against him.

Nice clean up sir, good to see you and AP working together. The back yard looked as if it could used about 30 yards of fill compost or top soil, man that was rough, not mention stump removal. That is some pretty slick foot work there gentlemen, I’m impressed. Thanks for the tag along video sir.

Looks like you will be contributing to progress at this house. You said this was an older video, but still worthwhile and AP is hustling around helping keep things going. In this change, once the more actual condition of the house and yard can be seen, then the choices on needed repairs and overhauls can be done.
Now that makes sense, I just started to watch and thought I’ve seen this house and trash bin before, then I read your mention that it was a older video, still watching, good jobs.

Hey bro I remember seeing this one a while back. Was this a re-upload? I remember about your edger breaking and the dumpster and your mower getting stuck. I love watching you and AP. Love your work and your attitude. It has certainly rubbed off on me. Let me share this: My daughter and I spent an entire week at Disney last week, the last week of September. I started to collect pins, but I found I wasn't really into pin collecting as I thought. So I had a lanyard full of pins. So when I saw people and kids with lanyards on that were collecting pins, I went up to them and gave them a pin for free without them trading one of their pins. Everyone was so appreciative of me giving them the pins. I enjoyed doing it so much, that I am actually thinking about going to the flea market where I bought them and getting some more and giving them away on our next Disney trip. I believe in giving to others. But watching your vids has really inspired me to go further than I normally have in my past. Thanks buddy. Oh and I also video vlog myself. I have vids up of my trips and some historical places. I am thecoolestdad. No caps and no spaces between the words. I hope you will check me out. Thanks.

If you're ever in NW Florida bring your saws and trimmers. Our neighbor's overgrown vacant lot is unreal. It's only 50 x 150 but the weeds and vines are literally taking over everything around it. It is a constant battle to keep from being overtaken. Thanks for being such a blessing to others!

Al: this yard looks great. The property owner should get someone in to trim up and remove all of the dead/dried up branches, twigs and things to get this property looking the best in the neighbourhood!
If you use a skid steer with a brush hog or cutter, it will be a different story. You can bring down brush or small trees with ease. This should be interesting!

It would be cool to see a video of you taking care of your equipment, like maintenance and repairs. You use some of the best equipment made and you really put them to the test. I'm sure there is a ton of care and upkeep.
