Leftovers - the miracle in the discarded

- Following the feeding of the 5000 Jesus instructed the disciples to gather all the LEFTOVERS he was adamant that their should be no waste.
There’s always a miracle in what you don’t want, need or have too much of. Leftovers are the for those who weren’t there, weren’t included or couldn’t make it and from the moment Jesus broke the first piece of bread he was thinking about the leftovers.
So much of the church is totally spoiled we have far too much bread and instead of giving away to the hungry what we don’t need we just keep getting fatter.
If just a crumb from our tables fell into some people’s lives it would be like an entire banquet to them.
There’s a miracle amongst the ‘RECYCLED’ blessings of our lives. There’s a miracle amongst the discarded people that nobody wants, and that was once maybe you that someone included.
God is a God of the leftovers and we must be too!!

I prayed once for patience and I'll never do it again. Someone 'came' into my life who to say the least was challenging . I learnt to be patient. It was hard but a very worthwhile lesson.

Thank you, i do agree that shouldn't pray about things your not going to change, but the little things like headache and stuff just pray by yourself and take a painkiller. instead of asking God if he will help you pass the exam. Ask him to help you study and concentrate and to take the knowledge to your mind/brain when your studying. Ask God something he can actuely help you with instand of asking him something you should have done day's before..
