A lot of those places don't allow women to have access to birth control and when it is available it is extremely hard to get. There is also a high sexual assault rate many of which go unreported (as the woman tends to be the one shamed for it). Women in a lot of those places also don't have access to further their education as women in other countries do so motherhood often becomes their entire reality/existence. This is not including the ones who simply want a big family due to social norms that place GREAT pressure on women to have as many children for their men as possible as a cultural display of love. Yes I am aware that, that isn't the case with ALL of those births mentioned but it does play a big role.
Fact check: Birth control has been tested in African countries but we're found less desired. This in part due to culture but also very much due to the birth control medications not being as safe as in the west, and the African women were often left without the possibility of follow up medical care* While there is a correlation between education level of women and birth rate, it is but one factor of many that affect fertility rates. *if you don't know the possible complications of birth control, I suggest you look it up. Which is a good thing in the long run. If you understand natural selection then you know how. fun fact the woman who had the most births was an 18th-century Russian woman named Valentina Vassilyev she had 69 kids with her husband (sadly two didn't survive infancy) 16 pairs of twins, seven sets of triplets, and four sets of quadruplets.
She stopped at just the right number.
The Ancient Egyptian Pharaoh Ramesses II had a large number of children: between 48 to 50 sons, and 40 to 53 daughters - whom he had depicted on several monuments. Ramesses apparently made no distinctions between the offspring of his first two principal wives, Nefertari and Isetnofret.
@@RafanFarooquib yes but that was a man I'm talking about a WOMAN, men are able to have more kids cause they can impregnate multiple women at a time but women can only be pregrante every 9 months so the fact a woman gave birth to 69 kids because she had a medical disorder that made her realise more eggs so increased her chances of multiply births is astoning. and the fact only 2 died in infancy despite living through a time with high child mortality rate is also amazing

people in Africa definitely need to use family planning. with negligible economy they are going to starve themselves.
It is a demographic game happening between the Muslims and Christians there.
If the other parts of the worls stop giving aid, half of Africa is anyway going to starve!
literally a good way to starve themselves up.
it's an interesting topic. statistics shows that in poorer countries people tend to have more children due to lack of education, limited access to contraception and abortion, adherence to certain traditions etc

it is kinda funny because all of the womans in the 19th century all the way down had a lot of kids for instance my granma had 14 kids, now today people call it rabbit.
Most of the grandparents and great-grandparents in my country had around a dozen or more children. My ex's family for example. He has 7 siblings, his mother had 13 siblings and her mother had 22 siblings.
He will have 3 kids and I guess that will be perfect. Considering replacement fertility rate of 2.1, one shouldn't plan for anything less than 2 kids though.

From what I've seen, as living standards, healthcare and education improves, the fertility rate decreases. They have better hope for their children's future, so they have less children and give them the best facilities they can give
It also has a psychological field of research as part of the philosophy of nihilism
The less necessities the person has to worry about to live, the more he is free to think, the less he is interested in materialistic instincts, like having kids
It's also the same correlation with income levels in richer countries. The richer the family is the less kids it would statistically have
