Who out there really cares about the current "super cars".Been to every Bathurst since 1972 and there is no one on the Mountain nowday's.The only thing getting bigger is the ticket price.
@SirDaffyD I realise that. Many classic race cars in NZ have glass guards, bonnets and even bumpers because original parts are so difficult to come by.
The four door looked like it had a failure of some kind, like a jammed throttle. Front brakes locked up, but not slowing at all. Glad to see both drivers ok. Sad to see these two classics damaged like this.
It’s all over for V8 Supercars for now. The Aussie passion & love of V8 Sedans is gone. An occasional US/UK/EU vehicle participating just added a bit of fun to the field but to have a complete field of Stangs & Cameo’s all with the same specs is as boring as batshit for True Blue Aussie Revheads… RIP Supercars
Dump the V8 Supercars and put the money in this category and all the old fans will come back.
Put some of the old boys back behind the wheel as well.
We all know you are 100% correct
Rather watch this, than the other series. Much better racing

Thanks Mr Dallas,,great class of racing,,sad to see the Torana damage
Holden Torana mate 🔥🤙🏁🏆shame to see those other two smashed up, poor fella would've had no idea that was coming.
Fairdinkum great racing
The Torana is all fibreglass hardly a steel panel to be seen. Not that hard to fix. The McDonald's one looked nasty
Easy to replace those panels. It's the possible chassis damage that's the worry.

@@morris2450 And if you do find a panel that isn't eaten by rust pricks make out they are gold plated when discussing price, dreamers.

That was my guess. It looked like a jammed throttle pushing the locked front wheels.
Hold on, we are a ford ed great racing.
